On July Second, 1919, fifteen Oakdale area veterans formed Post 171 of The American Legion.
Since then we have continued their mission, serving our veterans, their families and their
community.
Post 171 is part of District 36, Allegheny County, Western Section, Department of Pennsylvania.
We meet at 7:30pm the first Thursday of each month at the Oakdale Community Center 104
Seminary Avenue Oakdale, PA 15071.
